Helene Houle, a political staffer of the Quebec prime minister of Quebec ; Francois Legault wrote me an email telling me that she had contact the Quebec Provincial police against me.
The “SQ” stand for “Sûreté du Québec” aka Quebec Provincial Police. So, she had forward all my emails send to her to them…

At the same time, you could ask her why the governement of Quebec is covering the internet crime that i had been exposing to her and also why the actual head of the Quebec Bar ; Paul-Matthieu Grondin is not suspended form his position until the Quebec Provincial police terminated his investigation on him for a $500,000 fraud because they know.
You can even ask the prime minister of Quebec about it…
In March and April 2020, i had send about 20 faxes to the attention of the Quebec Prime minister ; Francois Legault to explain him my problem and show him all the corruption on internet by their leaders. I also did show him stuffs related to Hillary Clinton and the DOJ…

It’s in french, but Helene Houle will tell me she will see about what they did with my faxes send to the office of the Quebec prime minister ; Francois Legault.
The faxes was received by “mrs Faucher”.
So, Helene Houle will see about it and call me back when she find out. They won’t tell you, but they put it to the garbabe! See, that government in Qc don’t care much about the citizens of Qc. Don’t expect much from them. They had been violated my rights for years.
So, i waited…waited and waited to received some news by Helene Houle… i waited for almost 2 months…
On september 19th 2020, i wrote an email to John Jeffrey ( ICANN general counsel) to remind him about those “slandering” subdomains on me by their leaders such as GoDaddy, Daniel Negari (ceo of gen.xyz)., etc…
I also put Helene Houle in CC, so she can see what i am talking about…

On September 20th 2020, i also wrote an email to Helene Houle and i also put the primer minister of Qc contact email in CC.
As i told her in the phone conversation, i wanted to know what the govt of Quebec is doing about the fact tha the head of the QC BAR ; Paul-Matthieu Grondin is under a criminal investigation from the Quebec Provincial Police…
I also told them that the Quebec BAR who knew about the violation of Sonia Lebel , ex minister of justice in Qc, “deontology’ code of conduct, but did nothing about it.

Sonia Lebel was in violating of her lawyer code of conduct before she was elected and nominated “minister of justice”. The Quebec BAR knew…and did nothing… scratch my back,, i will scratch yours!
On sept 28th 2020, i wrote to ICANN ( John Jeffrey, general counsel ) to show him a video about the “Clinton Foundation”. Helene Houle and the contact email to the prime minister of Qc was in CC.

So, after waiting 2 months from receiving an answer from Helene Houle,, i wrote to her and let her know she was “disrespectful” to me… The contact email to the prime minister of QC was in CC…
She never gave any news to my phone call or emails…even if she told me she will call me back…
Helene Houle never answered back to any of my emails..until i told her she is disrespecting the citizen ( me) of QC.
So, she wrote back and told me she couldn’t help me! BTW, she didn’t even answers to any of my questions…
So, Helene Houle had ignore me for 2 months. She was even supposed to give me some news… She never did..until i tell her how disrespectful she is as an individual…
And today, she tell me not to write to her again and notify me she has forward my emails to the Quebec Provincial police! Really? Ain’t like it’s illegal to contact the office of your prime minister… espacially that she was supposed to call me back. I remind her she is working for all the citizens.
In Quebec, there is no democracy. The govt works agains their citizens.
As for the Quebec Provincial police… i don’t talk to them. They know the story for years…and also did nothing. The police has visited me a few times before.. They never did nothing.
BTW, I even wrote to the director of the Longueuil Police about this internet story and i did ask him to have me meet with the RCMP (federal police in Canada).. He has refused to open an investigatation. He is under investigation of the “Police deontology” for it. As for me, i have nothing to say to the Quebec Provincial police. They did get this story in 2011, but they lie to closed it.
Anyway, the longueuil police has violated my right to justice more than once. They had been trying to silence me. I will show you in an up coming post.
Same for the Govt of QC…

They are using a proxy… Quebec ain’t in the USA…
Helene Houle even tell me that i had contacted a lot of people???? Like who? And, for her information, it’s my right and not of her business…and She also mention that i had contacted the SQ (Quebec Provincial Police)… well, it’s also my rights since it’s me who had complaint against the Quebec BAR and provide proofs against the Quebec head of the BAR ; Paul-Matthieu Grondin’s illegal actions.
But, you see… the office of the prime minister knows…they don’t do nothing… scratch my back, i will scratch yours. They have no credibility.
Helene Houle needs to consult a psychiatrist! If she would return her calls like she told me she would…maybe i wouldn’t need to contact her again…but, the govt of Qc ignore their citizens.
In resume, the Quebec govt has been violating my rights since 2011. They all know the story about this online fraud..but, they rather silence me.
Please boycott the province of Quebec. We are run by dishonest politicians.
