GoDaddy is the “accredited registrar” of the domain name ; “WasArrested.com”.
The domain “WasArrested.com” registrant ID is protected by GoDaddy’s ; Domain by Proxy. A service that allows to protect the identity of a registrant.
GoDaddy has been refusing to provide the ID of the registrant of “WasArrested.com”.
Ain’t like they didn’t know about it…
You can ask as many times you want… GoDaddy and ICANN don’t give a shit about it…
GoDaddy is protecting a “criminal”… between friends!
It does happen that under the domain “WasArrested.com” there is 3 names ; “Ben Deschenes” , witch it’s myself.
There is also “Rick Santorum”…
And, you have “StarFall”…

In fact, i had been requesting ICANN to confirm the ID since 2013…
Here you can see,, i told Chris Lahatte on January 2nd 2014 about “WasArrested.com”.. But, they don’t want to confirm…

GoDaddy is represented by the lawyer Marc James Tacheji at Fasken…
Marc James Tacheji is also refusing to answer to me. In act, his law firm ; Fasken.com has blocked my email from sending them emails.
Fasken is protecting criminals.

I also asked their “Compliance” dept.. i was told to see with the whois…
You see how it work on internet? We did argue with ICANN… they don’t give a dawn… such a corrupt organisation they are.

Herb Waye says that i ; Ben Deschenes, don’t have any rights to know the ID…
Herb Waye is not only protecting criminals, but has commit a “criminal negligence”.
So, basically, neither GoDaddy and their lawyers, ICANN want to give the ID of the registrant… Why do you think?
Internet is dangerous! Internet is corrupted by their leaders! They are all covering crimes and protecting criminals.
If you want to have some “rights”… become a criminals. The justice will protect you.
