We had been collecting those spams from Google on a daily base. They work in partnership with NameCheap.
Usually, they will be using their domain ; GoogleApis.com as the backlink in their spams.

Well, you might want to boycott NameCheap and Google.
Their business has been put to the attention of the Federal trade commission (FTC.gov).
