In December 2014, i had contacted the laywer ; Amy Mushahwar in Washington D.C….
I had contacted her because she has over than 20 years in data protection and cybersecurity in the technology industry. She is also a “technologist”…
She designate herself as CISO ( Chief information Security Officer)…
She is also into DNS…
So, in December 2014, i had contacted Amy Mushahwar… Regardings a lawsuit against ICANN…
Amy Mushsahwar wanted to talk with me over the phone to see the evidence that i had….
So, we did talked over the phone… on January 5th 2015….
But, then after telling her, she told me that she could help me and wishes me the best of luck against my case against ICANN…
Notice, she even put herself in CC… but can’t do much… for me.
Since, i wasn’t still able to find a lawyer, i wrote back to Amy Mushahwar if she could help me finding one…
She did provide me the name of “Gregory Shatan”… Notice she will put somebody else in CC…
Well, i did contact Gregory Shatan… see below…
But first, i did write to Amy Mushashwar again.. on February 2nd 2015…
She still couldn’t help me because she haven’t Litigated in several years.. She has been focusing on “data protection” and “proactive security”… I wonder what i had told her…
And notice again, she even put someone else in CC… And wish me the best of luck again!
So, now,,, lets talk about Gregory Shatan….
Gregory is a lawyer in New York city with over 30 years of practice in the internet industry…
So, i did contacted Gregory Shatan back in January 2015…
Well, i never hear from him …
I did contacted Gregory Shatan in January 2019…
As you see, on January 3rd 2019… he did read my email…
Gregory Shatan also did read a second email sent to him on January 7th 2019…
So, i never got any news from Gregory Shatan…
Why is that?
Well, you could probably find the answer by reading Gregory Shatan’s LinkedIn biography…
Let me quote Gregory Shatan…
“I advise clients on various internet law matter , including ICANN….”
Another reason is ; Since September 2018, Gregory Shatan is president of the New York’s chapter of “Internet Society”…
So, as President of the New York’s chapter of Internet Society.. i doubt Gregory Shatan would like to talk about the domain “W.org”…
Why? Because if you do look into the WHOIS, you would know that the registrant of “W.org” is Public Internet Registry”…
And, we all know that Public Internet Registry is part of “Internet Society”… witch Gregory Shatan is the president of the New York chapter since September 2018.
So, do you know why corruption never stop ? Crooks can protect themselves between themselves!
Gregory Shatan as no credibility…. He rather put his head in the sand.. that is why he never even responded to my emails…
