In February 2018, 2 bosses of the Italian mafia were acquitted at their trial for gangsterism… by the judge Eric Downs…

As you could read in Eric Thibault’s article, they both were acquitted because a judge ; Chantale Pelletier authorise an illegal act.
The judge Chantale Pelletier has authorise illegal listening in their lawyer office…
So, the judge Eric Downs has ended their trial. He couldn’t do nothing more.. He did a honest job as a judge.
But, you might know that it’s illegal to “record” or “spy” in a lawyer office… a lawyer is protect by a “confidential” protection or what you could call it ; a “professional secret”.
The lawyer of the mafia bosses was “Loris Cavaliere”, witch was sentenced to 34 months in prison, but was liberated after serving 9 months.
Loris Cavaliere also received a “life” banned from been a lawyer. The case was handle by the lying and dishonest ; Guylaine Mallette of the crooked Quebec’s BAR syndic(ate).
Well, you probably know that only a judge can order an “recording”… The police must have an “authorisation” from a judge to do such an act…
You can’t blame the police. They asked for a warrant to authorise them to do a “recording” and they did get it from a judge.
The warrant authorisation was giving by the judge Chantale Pelletier.
Well, you could expect that to become a judge, you would probably need to know a “minimum” of the laws…
Everyone knows that it was an illegal act… but , it was authorised by a judge ; Chantale Pelletier…
Either she is “incompetent” … or is she is corrupt and working for the mafia… In any case, she doesn’t know the laws and shouldn’t be a judge…
The judge Chantale Pelletier has authorise an “illegal gesture”…
So, if you want ( and have time to waste with a corrupt justice system in QC)… you could complaint to their “association of judges”, it’s call the “Conseil de la magistrature”…
So, i did complained to them about this “illegal gesture” from the judge ; Chantale Pelletier…

Well, the “Conseil de la Magistrature” has concluded that the judge Chantale Pelletier didn’t commit an “illegal gesture” or an “incompetent gesture”. So, they had rejected my complaint about this judge.
And, they even explain their decision….
Well, i don’t know about you,,, but a judge who didn’t know that she was authorisation an “illegal gesture”… shouldn’t be a judge in the first place…
BTW, 3 months later… the judge Chantale Pelletier was giving a promotion…to become “Assistant Judge in Chief” by Stephanie Vallée , minister of justice of the time…..member of the crooked party ; The liberal of Quebec…
BTW, the chief of the Quebec Liberal party was Jean Charest…
BTW, when Jean Charest was Prime Minister of Quebec.. His staffs had a “corrupt system” in place to name the judges…
One of his staffer, Chantal Landry aka “Mrs. Post-it” would put “post-it” on the resume of the “lawyers” friends of the Liberal Party of Quebec… So, when they choose the future judge in Quebec, they would know witch one to pick… between crooks.. they protect themselves between themselves…
We all hear about this at the Commission Charbonneau, where the actual minister of justice ; Sonia Lebel was the prosecutor in chief…

BTW, Nathalie Normandeau , ex-Jean Charest deputy and vice-premier minister of Quebec was arrested on “corruption….
Her trial has not began yet.. She was arrested 3 years ago…
In Quebec, if you are arrested, you trial could be ended after about 3 years for “too long delay”… it’s call the ” Arrêt Jordan”…
BTW, Jean Charest was premier minister of Quebec form 2003 to 2012… and still haven’t been charges of any crimes yet…. but everyone in Quebec knows…. Crooks protect themselves between themselves…

So, 3 months after the mafia bosses got acquitted because of the illegal gesture of authorisation an illegal recordings in a lawyer office, the judge Chantale Pelletier was giving a promotion as “Assistant judge in chief”..
The judge Chantale Pelletier would be responsable of the “trial delay”.. and will see that “accused individuals” don’t benefit from the “Arret Jordan”…
BTW, the nomination of the judge Chantal Pelletier was done by the ex-minister of justice ; Stéphanie Vallée, a member of the crooked Liberal Party of Quebec less than 5 months before her party lost their election… and power in October 2018… ( everyone in Quebec knew they were gonna lose their election.. because everyone knows they were the party of corruption) So, it was a last minute nomination… putting the friends of the party in place… Crooks protect themselves between themselves…
Guess who has been asking for the “Arrêt Jordan” to have her trial ended for too long delay…
So far, it was deny to her… Her trial is still set to go… at least as today.
Well, on August 30th 2019, the charges of “fraud”, “corruption” and “complot” against Nathalie Normandeau were dropped! Surprised?
