As you are probably aware, the Quebec’s Bar is a very dishonest institution. I had complaint many times against a few lawyers. Each time, the corrupt Quebec’s Bar syndic(ate) has systematically rejected my complain. And in some case, without even looking at them.
On May 15th 2018, Daniel Tardif called me at home saying that he didn’t know why i was complaining against my ex-lawyer.
Daniel Tardif did leave a voice mail. You can listing to it. It’s in french, but he is saying that he have no clue what i am complaining…

Well, that is very strange of him…. Perhaps , Daniel Tardif is either one big liar, Alzheimer or just stupid!
First, i had contacted Daniel Tardif on April 24th 2018…
I had ask him if they were reading my emails at “syndic@barreau.qc.ca”…
And, i mention to him that my ex-lawyer was refusing to provide me my “client folder”. I think it is pretty clear…
And notice, the head of the Quebec’s Bar ; Paul-Mathieu Grondin was in CC…
So, here is a copy of my email send April 24th 2018 to Daniel Tardif…
BTW, i did wrote to Daniel Tardif on May 16th 2018 to answer back to his phone call…( see up to listing to his voicemail)…
And again, Paul-Mathieu Grondin was in CC, and also “Syndic@barreau.qc.ca “….
And, just to mention, but wrote 4 times that i want for my ex-lawyer to send me a copy of my “client-folder”…
I even tell him it’s an obligation of all lawyer to provide a copy to a client when they decided to change lawyer! Maybe the dishonest Quebec’s Bar ‘s syndic(ate) is not aware of their owns rules of conduct!
I even wrote back on May 26th 2018 to Daniel Tardif, the “syndic@barreau.quebec.ca” and also did put the head of the Quebec’s Bar ; Paul-Mathieu Grondin…
And, again, i do mention twice that i want a copy of my client-folder… Sound clear to me…
BTW, Daniel Tardif does read my email… Below a “reading confirmation” for my email send to him on Mai 30th 2018!
And see this.. On july 20th 2018, the crooked syndic himself; Guy Bilodeau write to me and tell me that i had sent “multiples emails” and “phone calls” to Daniel Tardif!
And all those dishonest clowns tell me that i am liar!
So, the crooked Guy Bilodeau even had on his letter of July 20th 2018, that they don’t understand what i am requesting..
Well, let me explain it again to mr. Stupid…
Rules 53 of the lawyer “code of conduct” says that when asked by the client, the lawyer needs to provide a copie of his “client-folder”..
Also, about the crooked Guy Bilodeau, he has “granted’ me from going to an appeal of their dishonest decisions.
Two complaints were opened today against Guy Bilodeau for violating my rights!
And, Guy Bilodeau can also take note that an criminal complain for “criminal negligence” will be deposit against him eventually and him and the Quebec’s Bar will be sue.
The Quebec’s Bar has been violating my rights since 2014. If you do business with them, make sure to record everything and don’t forget to document everything. They are liars, dishonest and corrupt!
But, when i call them liars,,, they send me the police to silence me!
So, the “client folder” that i wanted to see, is very important .. because they had no documents.. to provide.. that is why the crooked Quebec’s Bar syndic(ate) was playing stupid..
It’s also important, because it will prove that my ex-lawyer rip me off and charges me for a job she didn’t do.
Believe me,,, they will be humiliate in court and sue big times after!
