In Quebec, there is 46 “professionals order”. Each one is oversee by the Office of Professionals of Quebec aka OPQ, witch is oversee by the Minister of justice…
The crooked “Quebec’s BAR” is one of those 46 professionals order.

Their main duty is to see that each professionals order protect the citizens. In fact, they make sure that the laws are apply and respected by the members of all 46 professionals order in Quebec.
I have contacted them for 2 reasons…
The first reason was to complain about the dishonest and lying vice-syndic(ate) ; Guylaine Mallette, witch is a lawyer. I accused her of voluntary doing a bad job to protect lawyers… Between crooks…they protect themselves between themselves.
The OPQ’s answer was ;
First, i was told that my complain wasn’t in regards of “admission”…so, they couldn’t do nothing. Well, i still wonder where they fished this answer.. when i wasn’t talking about “admission” but against a crooked and dishonest lawyer…
You will know that, in Quebec, the government employee mostly are incompetent and rather answers anything except giving a real answer!
I was also told that it’s not to them to see about their laws and rules applications against a vice-syndic(ate) but to the syndic himself because he is the one who hire them.
In our case, the syndic of the Quebec’s BAR is Guy Bilodeau,, another dishonest individual. Between crooks, they protect themselves between themselves!
So, the OPQ would not look at my complain against Guylaine Mallette even if the OPQ has the responsability to oversee the Quebec’s BAR.
The second reason why i contacted the OPQ was to know what they did about the “allegations” of “fraud” of $500,000 at the Quebec’s BAR…by Paul-Mathieu Grondin and his board of administrators…
So, on February 28th 2019, i asked the OPQ about what they did about it…

The OPQ will also add that they rarely open an investigation..
and they haven’t do much since 1974… as they did say back in 2015 against another “professionals order”…. Don’t you ask you sometimes what they are all doing at all those government agency with your money? For sure, they ain’t working for the citizens has they say to be.. it’s only a marketing slogan of them… it’s pure bullshit!
In fact, they even mention that is the Minister of justice who has ordered to investigate… The minister of Justice in Quebec is now Sonia Lebel…
i doubt she will investigate her friends… witch she is also a member!

Well, i gave Stephen Bovin at the OPQ time to answer… but, he never did wanted to answer the simple question…
So, i asked him again on July 3rd 2019….
And, ain’t like if i never asked before to investigate the crooked Quebec’s BAR… back in May 2018….
Well, on July 3rd 2019, the OPQ told me that they have approve a modification to the “board members” at the Quebec’s BAR…about their “compensation”….
It was approved on May 15th 2017….
The allegations of “fraud” of $500,000 against the Quebec’s BAR came out on April 25th 2017…. 5 weeks earlier…
And, as you probably saw… i was told to ask directly the Quebec’s BAR about all this myself…
Since, they had me arrested on fake accusations… to silence me!
I also had contacted the general manager; Lise Tremblay of the Quebec’s BAR… she has refused to answer… Between crooks.. they protect themselves between themselves…
The Quebec’s BAR has violated my rights since 2015…and had me arrested on fake allegations by them….to silence me for asking them too much questions…
The Quebec’s Permanent Anti-Corruption aka UPAC ‘s director ; Frederick Gaudreault was aware… even his predecessor… Robert Lafrenière…
The minister of justice was also aware….
They all had been covering this crime… and changed the rules to suit them… and protect them… But, like i told the OPQ… the changes came after…
Nobody is above the laws.. but, when it s the law the corrupt… there is no democracy!
