You probably know that the head of the Quebec Bar ; Paul-Mathieu Grondin and members of the board of administrator has commit a fraud of over $500,000. It was first told by the ex-head of the Quebec Bar, Leu Chan Khuong in April 2017.
It was covered up by the Minister of justice…
Even the head of UPAC ) United Permanent Anti-Corruption of Quebec ; Frédédrick Gaudreau says it’s not to his service to see about it…
