As you probably know… on July 24th 2019, i was falsely arrested by the Montreal Police because my ex-fraudulent lawyer wanted to silence me from exposing her crimes. She even did perjury on her declaration. She is a “pathetic liar”.
On my way to the police station, i was telling the two officers about the internet story that i am exposing on this website.
Well, the super investigator ; Julie Lavertu wrote in her report that i was “incoherent” as told to her by the officer Parent et Joncas of the Montreal Police (SPVM).
So, what does “incoherent” mean?
Incoherent speech is mumbled or jumbled. Incoherent means that something is difficult to understand because it’s not holding together. A lot of people use incoherent to mean unintelligible, which is a perfectly fine usage. But it specifically means unintelligible due to a lack of cohesion, or sticking together.
The two police officers say i was “incoherent” because on my way to the police station, we passed by my ex-lawyer office… and i point this to them… so, i am “incoherent”.
The super investigator ; Julie Lavertu even wrote that i was incoherent because i told them i knew secrets about government plotting! And, that i might revelled them. I also did mention to them to visit my website www.bdq.ca

Well, i am so incoherent that ICANN’s security vice president ; Dave Piscitello and ICANN’s data protection officer ; Dan Halloran… has verify my research and did agree with me…
It was told by me by Chris Lahatte, ex-ombudsman at ICANN, witch got fired 10 days after telling me this…
Well, if the super investigator of the Montreal police ; Julie Lavertu was less stupid… and honest.. she would had done some verification!
BTW, Julie Lavertu took for granted that the complainers ; my-lawywer , the Quebec’s BAR and the minister of justice of Quebec where honest… and decided that i was guilty until proven innocent!
BTW, the head of the Quebec’s BAR ; Paul-Mathieu Grondin has defraud , with his team , more than $500,000…
And, it was cover up by the Minister of justice…

Well, she could probably know that my ex-laywer is a pathetic liar and only complaint for revenge because i had exposed her crime online..and also, because she wanted “revenge”…
See this… On march 8th 2019, i told her lawyer that i went to the police to complain about her for “fraude” . ( BTW, i did meet with the police… and guess what… they say she didn’t do nothing criminal, but she did!) The police is protecting her like the crooked Quebec’s BAR did.
So, you see,, on her report, the super idiot policer investigator ; Julie Lavertu even put a copy of my email that i did sent to my-ex-fraudulent lawyer dated March 8th 2019 when i tell him that i went to the police in January 26th 2019…
So, what my ex-lawyer did after i told her lawyer about this on March 8th 2019? Three days later, on March 11th 2019, she went to the police to complaint against me for “harassement”….
It’s only revenge! But, our super idiot police investigator ; Julie Lavertu didn’t see this… stupid and dishonest as she is!
BTW, someone ( that i will learn his name eventually) closed my complaint…

She wrote back…and treat me to charge me with “criminal harassement”…

Julie Lavertu is a very dishonest police officer! She shouldn’t be a police officer. She is a reason why citizens don’t trust the police.
